Welcome to day five of the Jugar Life podcast challenge. Double your average step count for the day. If you average 5000 steps double it for 10,000. If you average 10,000 steps, get moving as today, we want you to hit 20,000.
This might mean that you need to get up 30 minutes earlier than usual and go for a walk, or instead of eating your lunch at your desk, use your lunchtime to increase your step count. Or my favourite is every time I make a phone call I include a walk.
