What’s inside the Deck

Inside you have 20 conversation and discussion cards that have been designed to use in a number of different situations. Each card is different and can be used to start a meeting, plan goals, reflect and evaluate how things in your life are going.

Rolling the dice for each card makes it randomised and fun. It also becomes a game which allows participants to feel more comfortable to be able to share their responses with the group.

The deck also includes 20 mindful breathing exercises and routines that are designed to help reduce stress, anxiety and bring a calm feeling to you and the people around you. The twenty different breathing activities are designed to be used for short periods of time from 30 seconds to three minutes. You will find written breathing exercises and also vision activities on the 20 different cards.
