Welcome to day twenty-four of the Jugar Life podcast. This is one that we want you to implement into every day of your life. Start your goal on one day, and once you have completed this, you can look at increasing this to a week a month a year and so on. For the entire day, you will choose to stop complaining about anything.
Try and only think of the positives. This doesn’t mean you can’t express your sadness or disappointment in someone or a situation; it’s the delivery, the frequency and the mindset. Creating positive thoughts in your mind will help you on so many levels.
